With a true enterprising & consultative approach all the team at Innopack NZ are excited to help breakdown misconceptions & barriers when it comes to developing, procuring & importing packaging from our existing and new emerging international manufacturing markets.
Innopack although small is a very effective team in New Zealand and is fully supported by Innopack Head Office, China (Suzhou) with extensive procurement and logistic resources.
The leadership team within Innopack offers collectively over 50 years of experience with the plastics and packaging markets and extensive commercial acumen. Denise and Dwayne bring a comprehensive packaging and product knowledge including an excellent understanding of the many individual flexible/rigid packaging formats and their necessary applications.
Due to this dynamic group of individuals we have experienced rapid growth within the last 18 months, especially in the area of our full inventory management offering to key clients. This necessitated a relocation of our office/warehouse facility early 2017 to meet our increasing capacity requirements.
The expansion to a 1,700m2 secure warehouse and the addition of a transitional facility certification allows us the flexibility to handle the growing high volume of inbound containers of customised packaging and products, thus continuing to meet the needs and expectations of our increasing customer base.
With Dwayne’s 28 + year’s experience in the New Zealand & Australian packaging scene along with the team at INNOPACK they are ready to challenge and re-form traditional thinking around importation & distribution of not just packaging products from our own facility but any vital products or components that any business may require direct from China via our own specialist procurement team situated in Suzhou.
A Premier Plastics NZ LTD trained Trade certified Plastics Engineer giving Dwayne a sound understanding of plastic manufacturing which is a perfect foundation for a career in plastics & packaging in New Zealand & Australia. Since his time at Premier he has had multiple technical roles within manufacturing however after 11 years Dwayne decided to change direction into a customer service function ultimately with Sales & General management as a career aspiration.
Starting as an Internal Customer Service representative at Ceelon Plastics an engineering plastics company he developed a true customer focused outlook which has served Dwayne well to date. Working his way from internal sales representative through to a Category Manager at Alto Packaging 1 of New Zealand’s most innovative packaging companies.
Since then he has had multiple roles as New Business and Sales Manager from Multinational to family sized businesses in both manufacturing & importing.

With Denise’s 30 + year’s of experience in the New Zealand packaging scene and over 15 years spent in executive management level positions Denise is very excited to lead and develop INNOPACK GLOBAL NZ LTD. This new and refreshing business will challenge the traditional boundaries of procurement and provide access to Chinese based manufacturers for all NZ / Australian companies – irrespective of size or industry.
With a professional and effective product development and sourcing team both in NZ and in Suzhou China INNOPACK GLOBAL LTD is poised to help clients access the rewards of global procurement without the risks and costs associated with investigating, validating and negotiating good arrangements.
Denise’s career to date has been very diverse with roles in Business Development, Sales Management and Plant Management dealing with a range of packaging formats from cardboard products to tinplate, rigid plastics and flexible plastic products. Denise has worked in private companies and multinational corporates in both manufacturing and importing environments with responsibility for the management of sales, safety, staffing, financial planning, purchasing and long term strategic planning.
After undertaking Leadership Training via the Institute of Strategic Leadership Denise has been waiting for the right opportunity to fully develop a company from inception and is delighted to join with Hua Xu and the exceptional Innopack team in bringing INNNOPACK GLOBAL LTD to Australia / NZ.

Joining the Innopack team in 2017, Vickie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as National Account Manager with 25+ years in the print packaging industry.
Vickie is a qualified Gravure Printer who trained at Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging NZ, over the 16 years working for this company she moved to work in Customer Services and Originations/Prepress Planner. Vickie has a firm knowledge of the practicalities of production and manufacturing “I know how to get the best print result for my customers’. She has also worked in Estimating, Print Brokerage, Business Compliance and Account Management.
With this diverse background Vickie is well versed in all areas of print, packaging and procurement. As Innopack’s National Account Manager Vickie enjoys building strong relationships with her customers, really getting to know and understand their business needs. Helping them to take that next step of sourcing and buying product from offshore suppliers with confidence. Providing a seamless sales process that offers a vast range of print packaging solutions. It’s a very interesting fast paced role that never has a dull moment.
